  • As a part of global digital transformation initiative, we partnered with the client to deliver a comprehensive Process harmonization of global Quality processes across the company’s value chain.
  • Main objective was to develop detailed process maps, looks for opportunities to harmonize non-standard quality processes. In addition, identify areas which drive competitive differentiation and are potential candidates for further amplification of capabilities by process and technology improvements.

  • Understanding & evaluate current Global Quality Business processes.
  • Review AS-IS documents, conduct interviews & validate current state processes with stakeholders across global sites.
  • Build, develop & demonstrate Process Matrix, SIPOC, Six sigma-based process mapping at 5K (Micro), 50K (Medium), 75K (Intermediate) and 100K (High) level.
  • To evaluate the existing AS-IS process, systematically identify pain points, and visually map out the process for a clear overview, facilitating the alignment of quick action strategies.
